Frequently asked
What is the difference between retinal and retinol?
Retinal (retinaldehyde) is one conversion step closer to the form of vitamin A that skin actually uses, so it tends to work faster than retinol at a lower concentration.
I'm new to retinoids. Can I use it?
Yes. Start 2–3 nights a week and build up to nightly use as your skin gets used to it. Mild tingling or dryness at first is common. Stop if you notice irritation or a rash.
Can I use it during the day?
It's designed for night use. If you do use it in the day, always wear sunscreen.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend avoiding retinoid products while pregnant or breastfeeding unless your doctor says otherwise.
How long does one tube last?
With nightly use of a small amount, one 18 mL tube typically lasts about 6–8 weeks.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship from New York within 1–2 business days. Delivery anywhere in the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
